THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a growing utilities business based in Salford. The company have quadrupled in revenue over the last 12 months and are continuing to grow. They're looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor to join a team of 8 and report into the Ops Manager.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Taking enquires and finding solutions via phone & email - acting as first point of contact
* Build Develop and manage key relationships internally and externally
* Championing the Business and its class leadingservice delivery
* Use, update and be involved in new IT Systems roll-outs
* Contribute ideas to systems, process, and efficiency's
* Provide cover and efficiency's to other functions, with the business as required
* Be aware of and work within corporate and industry standards
* Take card payments and update customer accounts
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
* Knowledge of Excel, Sage and CRM Databases
* Knowledge of Energy Industry
* Experience of B2B / B2C
FOR THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO £25,000 BASE + BENEFITS
