Key Duties

We seek a Project Manager to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO) tolead and manage the execution of our Workday finance Implementation project.

In this role you will act as a Senior Project Manager within the Transformation Management Office enabling project delivery in collaboration with our broad and ambitious Business Transformation team.

Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, this role will engage with functional teams, primarilyFinance and the project team, but also Sales, Marketing, Legal, Corporate IT, Coworker Services and Operations to:

* Use creative and effective approaches to drive projects forward with an emphasis on supporting the teams.
* Coach, encourage and hold people to account for delivering their responsibilities within the project.
* Work with the Change team to ensure change impact assessment's are carried out and change readiness is effectively planned for and managed as part of the broader scope of work.
* Plan and implement project change initiatives across the project.
* Facilitate workshops and planning sessions with a variety of stakeholders.
* Monitor and manage local project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies whilst escalating as required.
* Ensure high standards of governance is followed and sign-off is gained in a timely manner.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams.
* Actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organisation

Knowledge and Experience

* 5+ years in a Project Management role
* Must have ERP / Financials experience, plus experience of project delivery within a financial setting (Workday a bonus)
* Experience of working with business stakeholders across multiple businesses, markets, and support functions
* Able to explain technical concepts to a nontechnical audience.
* Excellent at managing upwards and outwards, with the ability to bring stakeholders 'on the journey'.
* Provenexperience in facilitating workshops and project planning sessions.
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools, and industry best practices
* Experience in leveraging tools to enable project management, issue tracking and reporting.
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
* Strong experience in leading change management initiatives
* Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain complex concepts in simple termsto stakeholders as required.
* Excellent planning and task management skills
