Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator

Salary: £26,000

Location: Forest Hill BoysSchool, Lewisham

Shifts: 09:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

Reporting to: Contract Manager



Job Description:

We are looking for an help desk administrator to provide effective and professional administrative support and lead the helpdesk support service.

You will be working in a team of 2, with 10-15 engineers across 3 sites reporting in.

Key activities:

* You will provide admin support to the management team including; minute taking, filing, photocopying, and generating reports
* You will be setting up databases and maintaining
* You will be booking meeting rooms and managing diaries
* Logging calls on FM system & feeding through to operational staff
* Dealing with all types of inquiries (phone, written and personal)
* You will prepare, process documentation and liaise with the support service department for the work undertaken.
* You will monitor payments of invoices and take necessary action
* You will support the contract manager with generating reports, performance and performance analysis* You will advise subcontractors on the company's requirements & check the validity of advice notes and invoices
* Youwill type correspondence for the department as directed & maintain the filing system



Skills, experience & qualifications:

* Enhanced DBS
* Experience with CAFM systems
* Previous experience in a help desk role (preferable)
