HR MANAGER
HIGH WYCOMBE
UP TO £44,000 + FANTASTIC BENEFITS + PROGRESSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're currently recruiting onbehalf of fast growing and innovative business located in the High Wycombe who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to jointheir long-standing and friendly team and play a pivotal role in their ongoing growth and development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a HR Management background to join an industry leading business with a passion for Learning & Development, people, culture and recruitment and help them continue on their growth journey.
THE HR MANAGER ROLE:
* Working with the Management team to manage the employee experience and align values across the business
* Managing the recruitment strategy and plan across the business, working with line managers to create job descriptions, interview and select candidates
* Ensuring the smooth running of the offer and onboarding process of new starters
* Managing relationships with recruitment agencies
* Creating and managing all employment contracts
* Maintaining the HR database ensuring accurate logs are kept and all HR files are up to date
* Ensuring annual reviews are conducted for all employees, working with line managers to book these in and ensure they are correctly documented
* Create and implement the Learning & Development strategy across the business
* Manage the compliance, Health & Safety and Fire Safety onsite
* Work with the outsourced HR and IT providers
*Conduct performance management and disciplinary procedures
* Day to day office management
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience as a HR Manager / HR Advisor
* Experience in office management / operations
* Excellent administrative skills and a confident user of Microsoft packages
* CIPD qualifications are desirable
* Experience of both HR Strategy and hands on HR responsibilities at all levels
* A track record of implementing and improving processes
* Highly confident and personable individual
* An inspirational character who can drive positivity throughout the business
* Strong organisational skills
* Experiencing of educating and developing internal management teams to deliver great HR practices
