Concept Resourcing are looking for a Learning Manager to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £250-300 per day, depending on experience.
Role:
* Run all aspects of delivery of DDaT course offer
* Schedule courses & coordinate facilitators/educators and cohorts
* Coordinate delivery of external partner courses
* Manage queries and communication with users
* Create and share evaluation surveys and present the data back to the senior manager
* Collaborate with communication professionals on advertising for courses
* Communicate with stakeholders to advertise the courses
* Support the operations and delivery senior manager with other projects as and when necessary
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;* Background in scheduling and administering L&D courses.
* Excellent customer/user handling skills;
* Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions and handling conflict.
* Problem solving skills with a high attention to detail;
* Ability to generate new and innovative approaches to problems.
* Previous experience working effectively across boundaries and with external suppliers.
* Previous public sector or/and government experience would be desirable.
