NIGHT TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR - WANTED
£10.50 TO £13.13ph - Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am
Kenect recruitment are looking for someone to join our blue chip client in Dordon to work with, and assist, the Depot Transport Team in all aspects of the day to day running of the Depot.
Duties include:
* Accurate keying of van loading sheets
* Ensuring that company vehicles are sufficiently maintained through defecting system
* Accurate filing andcontrol of paperwork
* Answering incoming calls and resolving queries
* Logging all transport issues
* Keeping depots up to date on late running's and potential delivery failures
* Booking deliveries and providing alternative solutions to customers
* Resolving internal queries and supporting internal departments requests
* Collating any loading anomalies
Skills& Experience requirements:
* An understanding of issues around transport and fleet management
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
* IT literate with a strong competency on Excel* Strong administration skills
* Methodical worker who is process driven
The successful role holder will complete transport administration as directed by the Management team and will report into the Transport Shift Manager.
