Salary: £53,777.00 / £71,387.00 (plus benefits)12 month - Fixed term Contract
Concept Resourcing are looking for a Programme Manager to join a Central Government client based in Brighton.
This is an initial 18 month fixed term contract with a possible extension. Salary range £53,777.00 / £71,387.00 (plus benefits).
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Demonstrable experience of working as a Programme Manager on a similar-sized people and culture-orientated programme of work
* Proven leadership experience of people and culture programmes and the ability to generate excitement and passion around the deliverables
* Experience of complexrisk, issue and dependency management across complex stakeholders within a highly governed environment
* Highly skilled at stakeholder management at all levels and able to demonstrate facilitation skills to be able to conclude discussions and reach consensus where multiple stakeholders may have conflicting needs
* Experience of applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to achieve expected outcomes within agreed tolerances of time, cost, and quality
* Accredited in an industry-recognised programme management qualification, or equivalent experience
