Regional Employer Services Manager Based in Bray/Naas covering the following areas: Wicklow, Gorey, Arklow Wexford and Enniscorthy



PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

* Provide employer services leadership across your region to support the development of an employer-led culture and delivery model.
* Maintain your regional Employer Services team regional target.
* Lead, motivate, develop and manage the team to increase their capability to be able to deliver continuous improvement against their quality, performance and sales targets.
* Drive growth of our business through the pro-activesales activity, the development of employer accounts and opportunities to provide commercial services to employers.
* Manage strategic relationships with a range of regional employers and stakeholders related to employers, the labour market and economicdevelopment activity.
* Identify and engage with large employers through a key account approach within the region to promote our skills and recruitment services.
* Ensure the on-going development of your team within the employer services function through learning and professional development activity.
* Ensure compliance job start data checks with our company policies so customers and colleagues are protected at all times.
* Accountable for validations for your team
* Responsible for ensuring BD KPI's are achieved
* Conducting individual monthly reviews
* Working closely with the National Manager for Employer Services* Any other duties as may be deemed required.



ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* A proven ability of working in a target driven sales environment, including account management.
* Knowledge of conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) and translating employers needs into the development and delivery of fit for purpose programmes and services.
* Experience of managing and developing a team.
* Knowledge of any applicable legislative regulations.
* A full cleandriving license and access to a car.
