Concept Field Service Engineering are delighted to be working with this market leading brand to hire a new SchedulingManager to lead the busy scheduling department. This is an exciting time to join a growing organisation and manage a talented Scheduling function.
The Scheduling Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing a small team of Service Desk Schedulers.
-Communicate with customers any potential delays or issues.
- Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to improve the scheduling department.
The ideal Scheduling Manager will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong previous exposure to dispatching.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional organisational and communication capability.
