SRG Europe are working with one of the fastest growing clients in the online gaming industry, to recruit a Senior Bingo Executive to be based in their fantastic Gibraltar offices. In this role you will be part of the Bingo Operations team andproviding support right across the business relating to the Bingo product.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Using your expert level Bingo knowledge to deal with all customer issues that have been escalated from the CS tea
* Working closely with the Bingo Operationsteam, to create engaging content and promotions in line with regulatory standards
* Conducting competitor research to ensure you are ahead of the game
* Working closely with third party suppliers and account managers to ensure the on-boarding of new products and features is seamless
The Essentials:
* At least 3 years' experience within and also a passion for online gaming Bingo products
* Excellent communication and customer support skills
* A creative streak with a good understanding of regulatory and ASA guidelines
