My client who is based on the Ballysimon Road in Limerick is looking for a technical support rep to join their team. This role is for 6 months. This clients customers as well as products are technical in nature.
Duties:
Receiving, validating and following up on customer enquiries and provide customers and prospects with accurate quotations, terms ofsale and all other appropriate information.
Performing contract reviews to match customers drawings and specifications.
Referring complex requests to the necessary parties.
Validating and entering orders with each manufacturing facility and regular tracking of the manufacture through to delivery.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system.
At least 2 years associated Business experience, including Customer Service.
A good technical/chemical/mathematical understanding.
Must have the ability to interact at all levels with the company and also external customers
