Senior 3D/ Motion Designer - London/Remote - Up to £45,000
A branding consultancy client is looking for a Senior 3D/Motion Designer to join their team, bringing client stories to life to engage, excite and educate audiences.
You will be an integral part of the motion team, working directly with Head of Motion, Creative Directors and the wider business. You will be able to boost branding activity through extraordinary creative design and storytelling, leading ideas all the way through to execution.
The client currently has a team of over 175 individuals, spanning across offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. Driving style and imaginative storytelling into B2B marketing, our client works with over 100 brands, ranging from start-ups to industry giants.
What you'll do:
* Work closely with clients to transform creative briefs into visual concepts
* Storyboarding, designing, animating and creating standout design and animations across formats and platforms
* Work in a multi-disciplinary team with developers, writers and a team of designers covering UI/UX, Digital, Social and Motion/Animation.
* Generating and pitching great ideas / creative concepts that are on strategy and adhere to visual guidelines
* Leading and mentoringteams of creatives and junior designers
* Determining which media and design elements to use to support concepts and tell compelling stories
* Independently executing approved concepts on time, on budget and to the highest standard
* Managing workflow efficiently and take responsibility for delivering to agreed timescales
* Collaborating, documenting, and communicating proactively throughout the design work cycle
* Reviewing content, incorporating feedback and ensuring work meets agency standards* Demonstrate an inquisitive learning mindset, enabling you to stretch yourself and to work outside of your comfort zone, sharing trends and ideas with colleagues
* Constantly improving, enhancing and creating more innovative, highly engaging solutions
What you'll bring:
* 4 + years of design experience
* Expert in 3D, motion graphics and animation is essential* Knowledge of 3D tools and software a plus (e.g., Cinema4D, Blender, Maya)
* A strong background in graphic design principles
* Illustration skills
* Strong portfolio and showreel
* Expert on a Mac platform Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
