What we require from you:
* Passion
* Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a care environment in either a care home, or as a home care industry.
* Outgoing personality
* Driven to work
As a Healthcare Assistant you'll have a desire to work in elderly and dementia care. You will have excellent interpersonaland communication skills, be kind, reliable, empathic and recognise that the needs of each person we care for is individual.What we offer in return for your hard work:
