The right candidate will havea strong work ethic and be enthusiastic about learning new skills. You will complete your Childcare qualification with our client to further develop your skill set.
The role involves learning whilst you work. You will be able to take part in your coursewhilst on the nursery site and enjoy the benefit national apprenticeship wage whilst learning.

* Great at communicating and building relationships with children and their families.* Love of the outdoors.
Purpose and Responsibilities of the role
To provide the highest level of care and learning opportunities for children in your care;
* Support and extend the individual needs and interests of the children in your care whilst fulfilling the role of Key Person.
* Ensure the well-being, health and safety of the children in your care.
* Follow theEYFS Framework and develop engaging learning opportunities.
* Promote and meet all the physical, emotional, social and developmental needs of the children in your care.
* Ensure company policy and practices are always carried out.
Role Requirements* An Interest in the nursery industry/childcare
* Plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of this age group
* A Clear DBS/CRB
* Must be enthusiastic and energetic
* Trustworthy
* Be flexible within working practices of the nursery and undertake any other duties as required
* Be able to follow and respect the confidentiality of information received
