First City's recruitment team is expanding and we are currently looking fora new team member to join our existing team.
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be working within a recruitment team, covering a variety of HR administration tasks to support our organisation in Swindon and the Isle of Wight, within the health andsocial care sector.
Location: Swindon SN2 2QG
Full-Time, Monday - Friday 08.30- 17:00
Salary: £20,300pa
About Us:First City Group are the Lead provider in Swindon within health and social care, our recruitment administrator will be vitalin ensuring our screening and on boarding process runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be personable, confident and possessenergy and drive. You'll be organised, a team player and be able to multi-task and reprioritise when needed. Experience of working within a recruitment environment and or health and social care would be beneficial however someone with the right attitude and skills will still be considered.
Responsibilities will include:
* Answering telephone calls and responding promptly and professionally
* Ensuring candidates have the correct right to work in the UK including sponsorship documentation of overseas recruitment
* Pre-screening candidates
* Managing candidate queries during the on boarding process
* Ensure accurate adherence to the General Data Protections Regulations (GDPR)
The right candidate will:
* Have excellent communication skills
* Good literacy skills
* Be well organised and methodical
* Have good IT Skills and experience of Microsoft 365
* Havehigh levels of attention to detail
* Be able to work as part of a team
* Be capable of organising and prioritising your ownworkload, working under you own initiative
