Recruitment Coordinator required for the Health and Social Care Sector.
Now could not be a better time to work in the Health and Social Care Sector, adapting your recruitment 'know-how' to promote, attract and recruit applicants for this hugely rewarding and much needed sector. As a Recruitment Specialist you will work as part of a wider team, meeting with a number of local government and local authority leaders who are all focused on increasing the number ofpeople working in Health and Social Care in Wiltshire.
This will include attending recruitment events profiling the currentvacancies within the Health and Social Care sector. Liaising with employers to ensure that their current vacancies are live on the website, answering enquiries that have been submitted to the website.
Acting as the initial point of contact for applicants who are seeking employment, you will manage all initial applications, providing career advice, conducting detailed telephone assessments, arranging interviews and assisting providers with their recruitment needs within the sector. Naturally, you will have proven Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams experience for the maintenance of high quality administration, diary management, meeting attendance and complex reporting.

As such, this may lead to further career opportunities at the end of the 6 month contract.

Drivers licence with access to your own vehicle is essential to this role.
