Registered Nurse - Nights
My client is looking for a REGISTERED NURSE who is innovative and forward-thinking in their approach to care to join their well-established team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join an amazing nursing home based in a rural villageclose to Swindon / M4 corridor. The service welcomes applications from all General, Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses.
This is an amazing opportunity to join an OUTSTANDING CQC RATED HOME where staff morale at the home is very high and the teamare passionate about the high quality of care that they provide to each and every resident.
You will be responsible for:
*Assessing, Planning, implementing and evaluating care plans (office time is given for this)
* Completion of accurate and appropriate documentation
* Maintaining the well-being (physical, emotional and social needs) of the residents
* Team leadership qualities required to encompass delegation and supervision of duties to care staff
* Storage and administration of medications, including controlled drugs
* Communication with outside agencies and medical practitioners
* Routine observations and record keeping
* Ensuring the safe, smooth and efficient running of the home in accordance with policies

As a Nurse you must have: * An active UK NMC Pin Number
Hours 20.45 - 07.45, Various contracts available working one in two weekends.
