About you:
You'll provide personal care, as well as use creative solutions, andassistive technology where available to aid his independence. You will have a great insight and passion for promoting independence and social inclusion through person centred approach.
To be brilliant you will have previous experience in helping people using PBS, and if you have Makaton skills that's awesome!
Working hours:
Although you'll work nights, we do get togetherregularly in the day time for training and team meetings. You'll be part of our wider team who are super passionate about supporting individuals to reach their goals and celebrating their achievements. To us were not just a team we're a 'work family'.We will be with the customer 24/7 to meet their needs, so there will be a variety of working patterns available. Ideally, you'll take your turn with your team working on a rota which could include working days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and wakingnights. You may also be required to do sleep ins or be on call where we apply an enhancement. Our days team members will work with the customer between 7am and 10pm, and our night workers between 9pm and 8am.
If you are not able to do all shift times,we still want to hear from you, we are building a brilliant team from scratch and we want to be flexible with our approach. As we're asking you to be flexible for our customer, we'll also give you the time back that you need to spend time doing the thingsthat matter to you!
You'll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service.
