What You Will Be Doing
* Dealing with survey requests on behalf of the underwriters in London, ensuring surveys are completed on time and any requirements are dealt with in the required timeframes
* Processing policy cancellations
* Processing claims validations requested by third party agents
* Ad hoc admin tasks as and when required
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
* Educated to A level standard
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
* Be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team, with ability to work under own guidance
* Have excellent attention to detail with ability to learn quickly
* Good communication skills
* Have previous experience working in an office
