COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HANDLER
CROYDONUP TO £32,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS + PROGRESSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're supporting a market leading business locatedin Croydon who are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their successful and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Insurance Account Handler / Claims Handler who is looking to join a fun and rewarding employer who value work life balance.
As a Account Handler within the Renewals Team, you'll manage clients requirements for quotations, midterm adjustments and renewals.
THE ROLE:
* Dealing with enquiries from clients, third parties and insurers
* Handlingenquiries for quotations and new policies, adjustments and renewals
* Converting these enquiries and cross selling where possible
* Manage and process client policies and sending full confirmation to clients
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Accurately input data on to the CRM
* Liaise with insurers and other third parties regarding the administration of insurance needs
* Present policies and clients to insurers and underwriters
THE PERSON:
* Ideally studies or working towards CII exams.
* Technical knowledge of insurance.
* Proven experience in managing relationships with customers, insurers andkey stakeholders.
* Active and working knowledge of FCA compliance.
* Articulate and presentable with the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
* Able to work co-operatively with other team members.
* Adaptability and management of the continual changes within the insurance landscape
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Capable of working on own initiative and managing own workload effectively
* Competent with Microsoft office suite, word, excel, outlook and databases.
