Key Responsibilities of Commercial Insurance Broker:
* Manage and grow a portfolio ofSME and Corporate insurance clients
* Process client accounts using Acturis insurance software
* Develop strong relationships with Leeds businesses through regular contact
* Identify insurance gaps and client exposures in commercial sectors
* Negotiate with insurers for new business, renewals, and policy amendments
* Achieve high client retention rates (>90%) and new business conversion
* Provide expert commercial insurance advice to Leeds-based businesses
Requirements for Commercial Insurance Broker:
* Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, especially with SME clients
* In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in Acturis or similar insurance broking systems
