Insurance Software Helpdesk Support - Birmingham or Fully Remote Working - upto £24,000 pa Plus Benefits Package
Please Note - Experience of InsuranceSoftware Applications or the Insurance industry is required!
As a Helpdesk Support specialist for this fast paced & highly successful InsurTech corporate, you will utilise your knowledge of the Insurance industry or Insurance applications/Software,to support Customers calling the Helpdesk.
With the Helpdesk team working fully remotely, you can be based anywhere within the UK and will provide support to UK based customers only.
Highly suitable for Helpdesk, 1st Line Service Desk, Application Support specialists or Insurance Brokers / Advisers looking to transition into a technical/application support role, this friendly & support organisation will provide you with training and development on their software solutions, combined with future career progression opportunities for those who want that.
Responsibilities Include:
Receiving and handling support calls from customers requiring assistance with their Insurance applications
Providing information to enable incident resolution and ticket creation, allocating unresolved calls for further investigation
Maintaining records & advising colleagues of actions taken
Investigating and providing solutions for issues
Producing clear specifications of User issues
Carrying out testing and investigations, reporting issues found
Working effectively as part of a team
Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of Insurance or Insurance applications or software is required
A can do attitude with the determination to provide top quality support services to the customer
An empathy with customers experiencing issues & problems
The ability to learn & put the application & support training into action
Hardware or Software skills would be useful ie Windows, Active Directory, Databases, SQL etc but training will be provided
Suitable Candidates are likely to be from the Insurance industry, ITSupport or IT Training, Insurance Software, Insurance broking or similar
