Description:
My client, one of the world's leading organisations of independent assurance, tax and advisory firms, is looking to hire a Change Specialist on a permanent basis, to join the Business Consulting team based in Dublin.
The Business Consulting team regularly support clients with complex change and transformation projects. They are tasked with managing the people-dependent aspects of the project, reducing the time to implement, minimising the resistance by involving people, increasing communication channels and helping people understand the change journey. Youwill be a senior member of the team.
I am looking for people who have experience in, developing and implementing: * End-to-end change/transformation projects * Business readiness assessments; * Change assessment questionnaires; * Communication plans; * Stakeholder analysis; * Impact assessments; * Change networks; and * Training needs analysis. * Mobilising change projectsand working from identification through to embedding the change; * Creating key change artefacts; * Leading stakeholder workshops; * Developing and embedding new ways of working to help clients transition to their target state.
In order to besuccessful, you will have:
* 5+ years of change management experience in a change role;
* Knowledge and experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across projectteam, key partners and executive management.
* Change management diploma, certification or similar qualification (APMG or PROSCI) desirable;
* Experience in the following industry sectors will be of specific interest: public sector, life sciences, technology, healthcare, or food and beverage.
