They are looking to expand their team by recruiting a Trainee / Graduate claims handler to work with their clients across GreaterManchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known company with a brilliant reputation in the industry.
As a Trainee / Graduate claims handler you will provide a timely follow up service upon the receipt of new enquiries as they come intothe business. You'll input information received onto the system. Furthermore, you will be required to contact the client and any other associated parties in order to gather information.

The Legal Graduate Role:
* Inputting and updating of client details on thecompany's computer system.
* Be proactive in completing diary tasks to support the rest of the Team involving work with referrers and third-party insurers and medical agencies
* To be able to work towards targets and deadlines
* To communicate withwitnesses in accordance with allocated workloads & due process
The Person:
* Degree in Law - LLB, LLM or equivalent* Excellent customer service skills
* Be PC literate having a basic knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Good organisation skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good fact-finding ability
* Work well as part of a Team
* Develop and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.
* GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent conversation)
