Business Development Manager
Freight/Logistics
(Leinster)
As Business Development Manager you will generate new opportunities while also developing existing business within your portfolio. You will sell the full portfolio of freight& logistics products and services to achieve targets set for each of our Business Units. This role involves a mix of road,office & remote - with 2 days a week in the Dublin office.

* Identify, prospect, and qualify quality new business Opportunities
* Develop new and existing business opportunities
* Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of target customers and opportunities
* Grow revenue and profits through inside sales, outside sales, and account management in a cost-efficient manner.
* Developing strong customer engagement and trusting relationships
* Promotion of our full range of products and services
* Providing the company and business units with market research intelligence
* Effectively communicate with all areas of the business.
Experience
* Proven & successful business development experience in the freight marketplace
* Demonstrated ability to identify and exploit new sales opportunities with potential customers
* Strong commercialand business acumen with effective negotiating and influencing skills.
* Customer Focus with a dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
* Must hold a full, clean driving license
