My client is currently looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Administrator to join their team based in Kells, Co. Meath! Are you ready to take on a challenging administrative role and provide exceptional service to their valued customers? If so, keep reading!
As a Warehouse and Logistics Administrator, you will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse and logistics processes.Your primary responsibilities will involve handling administrative tasks and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Duties:
* Inputting information into the warehouse management system.
* Compiling and communicating various customer reports.
* Managing stock, goods in/goods out activities.
* Reporting pickers' progress and promptly addressing any issues.* Handling customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues to complete tasks andshare relevant information.
* Conducting warehouse invoicing and other ad hoc accounts-related activities.
Essential Requirements:
* Prior experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Exceptional organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A conscientious attitude, capable ofworking independently and within a team.
* High level of accuracy and willingness to take responsibility.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
Desirable Requirements:
* Knowledge of the haulage and logistics industry.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (training will beprovided).
* Previous experience in logistics/warehouse/sales administration.
My client is offering a full-time, permanentposition with a starting salary between €30 - €33K PA. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, youwill be entitled to join the pension program.
