FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of 'Logistics & Distribution Coordinator' on behalf of our client, a leading Irish Agribusiness in the South/East Cork region. Indeed this is a full time permanent (office based) role.

Role Summary:
Given to continued growth, our client is now welcoming a 'Logistics and Distribution Coordinator' to be part of the team. Reportingto the Logistics and Distribution manager, you will play an integral part in supporting this integral business functionJob Title: Logistics and Distribution Coordinator
Location: South/East Cork (will suit candidates close to the Midleton, Cork region)
Contract: Full time/Perm (Office hours) Mon - Fri
Responsibilities
* To support management in the operational day to day delivery needs of our customers in the most cost efficient and effective manner.
* Communicating with otherdepartments within the company as well as external third parties
* Comply fully with the defined operating procedures (SOP's)and processes.
* To display and promote a positive work environment through respecting & supporting work colleagues in thecompletion of all duties as directed.
* Proactively support and fully comply with the Companies Health and Safety policies and procedures.
* Assist in other functions within on a project basis when requested.
* Support the process of dealing with customers' orders so that they are processed through our system and all necessary documentation is ready as required and on time or ahead of time.
* Liaise with other operation sectors to help ensure stock availability and forward order requirements for inward and outbound deliveries.
* Strong on compliance, traceability, paperwork and attention to detail.
* Credit Control process is part time segment of workday routine.
Experience
* 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Computer literate with intermediate level of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Strong organisation skills and ability to be able to work to and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills working at all levels across the organisation
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
* Proven track record in reporting
