Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join an international Parcel Delivery business with multiple sites around the M25 corridor.
The Role:
You will be carrying out servicing, breakdowns, repairs and adjustments to conveyance based machinery andrelated equipment. Whilst primarily mechanical work (including pneumatic and hydraulic) it will also include some electrical support.
Based from home, you will cover 11 sites for planned servicing or general support, but also respond to breakdown duringboth standard works days and call-outs
The Candidate:
You must have adequate experience and confidence in workingwith varied high-speed conveyors and specifically belt changes and/or similar work.
A mechanical qualification is preferredhowever, JUST experience will also be considered with significant knowledge around conveyors etc.
You MUST be prepared for flexibility in work hours and call-outs.
Benefits
Basic Salary £37,000
Plenty of overtime available to significantly increase your annual earnings.
Contracted 8 Hours per day (from your house) with overtime paid over this (x 1.5)
Mon-Fri roleCompany Van (and Fuel card) - Company use only
