The Role
My client, a leading, Cavan based manufacturing company is seeking an experience French speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their operations. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for managing customer queries, orders and expectations within the French market.
Tasks &Duties
* Accurately and promptly process all orders received through telephone, fax, post, and email..
* Process customerorders and create shipping manifests.
* Provide product information to customers.
* Perform various administrative tasks based on customer and market needs.
* Ensure that all customer queries - order queries, stock situation, deliveries, and invoices - are resolved satisfactorily.
* Handle all queries in accordance with specific quality guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal and external customers to foster and sustain customer loyalty.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* Aminimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Fluency in French is essential.
* 3rd level qualification is desirable.* Strong IT knowledge with proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook and SAP.
* Fast and accurate typing skills (a minimum of 40 wpm)
* Excellent customer focus.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
