MCG is recruiting for a Mechanical Shift Technician to join a team on a full-time permanent shift bases for a leading providerof facilities management (FM) in Lewisham.
As a Mechanical Shift Technician you will be required:
* To provide technical engineering support and carry out preventative maintenance
* To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work
* To respond/attend site within one hour of the call
As a Mechanical Shift Technician you:* Should hold a NVQ level 3 mechanical qualification (theory and practice) in a relevant mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience
* Have experience in building services and knowledge of air handling plant and water hygiene
* Have experience in a Healthcare environment with knowledge of medical gases
* Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
* In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety procedures with formal training
This is a full-time permanent shift basedposition with working
42 hrs p/week on a
4 on, 4 off shift pattern from
07:00 to 19:00,
days only & out of hourscall out rota
