Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from concept to validation,providing technical input with an automation focus
* Utilize in-depth knowledge of processes to support projects and manufacturing
* Specify and procure equipment, ensuring smooth project execution
* Identify areas for improvement in engineering andmanufacturing
* Collaborate across divisions and locations, supporting projects as needed
* Provide technical support to operational staff in automation
* Manage vendors and mentor project teams
* Demonstrate initiative, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet financial objectives
* Maintain compliance with qualityprocedures and safety requirements
* Effectively communicate complex technical topics with stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and introduce new technologies or processes
* Write and implement engineering and project management standards
Requirements:
* Engineering or science degree
* 5+ years of experience or relevant master's degree
* Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred
* Project management qualification and expertise in automation technologies (PLCs, vision systems) desired
