I am delighted to be partnering my client, a leading engineeringcompany in Shannon, in recruiting a Quality Technician to join their team.
Reporting to the Quality Manager you will be responsible for supporting QA & QC tasks to ensure the department achieves quality objectives.
The Position:
* Permanentposition
* Days Only role - Monday to Friday

* To ensure that all products are inspected in accordance with the requirements of the work order.
* To ensure that all purchased material is inspected in accordance with the requirements of the purchase order.
* To ensure that all measuring equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained in good condition.
* To operate and program a CMM (Aberlink and Zeiss)
* To report all quality related problems to the Quality Manager
* To perform all the above duties in an effective manner.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Diploma/Degree in Quality Technician advantageous
* Ability to read and understand Technical Drawings.
* CMM Experience
