**Position Overview:**
Reporting directly to the Quality Engineering Manager, the Quality Engineer will playa pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing production quality performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying root causes, implementing corrective/preventive actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all quality issues in production.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Quality Engineering activities for the introduction of new product lines, including the development of product inspection plans, production documentation, process FMEAs, and risk management plans.
- Drive Quality Engineeringactivities for existing product lines, focusing on maintenance and continuous improvement of product inspection plans, production documentation, process FMEAs, and risk management plans.
- Ensure products meet clients' and customers' quality and product integrity requirements, actively seeking opportunities for product and process quality enhancements.
- Effectively manage changerequests to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in Quality Assurance or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Quality Engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment, with experience in the medical device sector being advantageous.
- Strong commitment to due diligence and compliance.
- Knowledge of Medical Device manufacturing environment, including cGMP, is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and engagement skills.
