Job Title: Stores Warehouse Operator
Location: Ringaskiddy Cork
Hours: Monday - Friday either 9AM - 5PM or 8AM - 4PM
Pay: €29,000 PA - (€13.94PH)
Position Overview: The Stores Operator will play a crucial role in our operations, responsible for coordinating and executing various store duties alongside administrative tasks. This role requires interaction with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Planning departments to ensure the smooth execution of weekly tasks within the area. Additionally, the Stores Operator will support and assist fellow team members and actively contributeto the day-to-day operations of the department.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Manually set up equipment to facilitate thepreparation of components for PTH level kits.
* Pack cards and units for weekly shipping to customers or subcontractors.
* Manage stock in our off-site warehouse, maintaining stock levels in stores and ensuring compliance with safety requirements for space.
* Work according to schedules prioritised by planning, including kitting and prep tasks.
* Ensure accurate adherence to all Procedures and Process documentation.
* Control inventory, maintain transaction integrity, and conduct cycle counting aspart of Materials Control.
* Implement and uphold safety, anti-static, and housekeeping practices.
* Achieve Quality and Production targets and support Quality improvement initiatives.
* Perform miscellaneous duties as required by the supervisor.* Complete all necessary Stores-related documentation.
