Quality Assurance Lead
QA Team Lead (GMP experience essential ) required to join a new Biopharmaceutical company based in the Limerick/Clare area. As the QA Team Lead you will take ownership of all aspects of QA activities relating to the production and QA review of the company's biopharma products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QA Team Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
* You will ensure you and the QA Team operating under your remit comply to EU and FDA GxP, QMS and QA GMP operations.
* Assure compliance to FDA and MHRA regulations.* The QA Team Leader will maintain an ongoing dialogue with the Head of Quality to ensure quality target and objectives are able to meet business priorities. They will also manage the Quality Management System whilst making sure, Quality incidents, deviations, investigations, change controls and CAPAs are completed in a timely manner.
* Lead a team of QA officers in the completion of their day-to-day activities, ensuring objectives, targets and workloads are achieved and distributed within the team appropriately.
* Ensure own and team's training is undertaken in a timely and GMP compliant manner before the task is undertaken.ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QA Team Lead I am looking toidentify the following on your profile and history:
* Relevant degree level qualification in a scientific discipline is required for this role.
* Proven GMP industry experience, 6 years+ of working within an operational quality role, ideally within abio pharmaceutical, manufacturing environment.
* Hands on experience with defining and implementing Quality Management Systems
* A working knowledge and practical experience of working within a Sterile/ Aseptic GMP manufacturing environment.
* Experience of leading a team and managing others with the ability to share knowledge and develop both within the quality team and inother departments is also required.
