The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care.

Post: Both part-time and full-time applications will be considered for this permanent position.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. to include day and night rotation. Flexibility around rostered working days and times is an inherent part of this post.

Building works have commenced with a plan to open this new state-of-the-art hospital in 2025. This commitment will see the expansion of surgical specialities currently delivered by my client in Limerick plus the addition of cardiology, MAU and other medical services.



Job Requirements/Essential Criteria:

* Registration in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI and must have an NMBI pin to work in Ireland
* Eligible to work in Ireland ie Visa/Permit
* 12 months recent experience as a Registered General Nurse.
* Previous nursing experience in an acute care setting is desirable
* Strong clinical and communication skills are required.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Role Responsibilities:

* To ensure a high standard of careis maintained at all times.
* Professionally accountable for patient care.
* To communicate effectively with patients andfamilies.
* To ensure all documentation relating to patients is accurately maintained in accordance to the medical records policy.
* To practice within and support the hospital's Mission and Values, policies, procedures, guidelines and new initiativesas directed / introduced by the hospital.
