UXBRIDGE
UPTO £20,000 + BENEFITS + PROGRESSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding and highly successful business based across London who are looking for an experienced Facilities Assistant to work across multiple sitesin the City. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a rewarding role with the security and stability that this employer is able to offer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Day to day management of facilities issues and reacting accordingly* Handling incoming deliveries to the office
* Working with the front of house team to handle any repairs and maintenance issues on site
* Informing the front of house team of scheduled deliveries
* Managing supplies kept on site
* Working closely with the Health & Safety team
* Regularly review and implement new processes & procedures
THE PERSON
* Current experience of working within a Facilities Assistant / Facilities Manager / Building Manager / Maintenance Assistant / Maintenance Manager / Self Storage role
* Confident to handle maintenance issues
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
* Computer literate with MS Office
