Job Title: Liaison Officer

If so, We are currently looking for an Liaison Officer who will be working on a social housing refurbishment project covering properties in Sandwell. This role will be full-time working hours Monday to Friday; with a range of benefits to match.

A successful individual would possess the following skills;

* Facility management experience
* Excellent face to face customer service skills within a busy site
* Highly organised
* Positive attitude towards professional matters
* References of previous experiences

MUST HAVES:

* Full UK driving license
* 2+ year's within social housing (knowledge of sector)
* Face to face customer service experience on busy site



What are you responsible for as a Liaison Officer?

As an Liaison Officer you will be responsible for booking in appointments, dealing with complaints and issues, maintaining property information and occasionally carrying out surveys. You must be IT literate, hardworking andable to work both individually and within a team.
