Get Recruited is partnered with an industry leading property business. They're looking to hire A Void Manager to join the business and work with a national contractor. The Void Manager will be responsible for liaising with the national contractor and managing each project whilst reporting into the Commercial Manager
VOID MANAGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
*Ensure a high-quality service is provided with the management of the work in accordance with company procedures, standards andSLAs
* Manage the voids day to day, be responsible for the manpower on sites and produce snag free work whilst reporting backto the Commercial Manager daily
* Maximise variation opportunities to increase revenue so all additional work not specified iscaptured and reported back for approval.
* Effective and efficient management of material cost and ensure that all are following correct processes and procedures when ordering materials
* Monitor quality of work through inspection, inspection reports,analysis of key performance indicators and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys
* Ensure Health and Safety is managed inaccordance with company policy
* To assist the Commercial Manager in developing staff to maximise potential, setting employeegoals and objectives.
DESIRED SKILLS:
* Experienced in managing teams to produce fast turnaround works
* Have good organisational skills
* Have good time management
* Experience in void works
* Full UK driving license
FOR THIS THE VOID MANAGER WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO £34,000 BASE + BENEFITS + BONUS
