Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

What does my typical duties look like?
* Surveys
* Designingto the latest British & European standards
* Supply & installations of new LED street lighting with wireless controlsystem
* Removal of existing luminaries
* Updating inventory
* Verification
Job Function:
* To assist the Operations Manager and be responsible for H&S standards across all projects
* To assist in the successful delivery of company projects, delivering project solutions to Budget, Time and Scope & Quality (i.e. technical) requirements.
* To assist with quality audits & Responsible for direct client management
* To assist in the scheduling and programming of works across the project life cycle (Concept phase to Handover and Close)
* To assist the Commercial team in the overseeing and management of project risk (Strategical, Financial, Operational, etc)
* To assist in the delivery of various project delivery solutions (e.g. as Tier 2 contractor) effectively utilising in-house resource (white and blue collar) and sub-contract and supplier arrangementsas appropriate.
* To assist in the hand over and closing out of projects (i.e. ensure that all documentation is completed anddata is collated and transitioned to the PMO)
* To assist the Operations Manager with line management responsibilities for employees within their project teams (e.g. HR responsibilities)
* To assist the Operations Manager and be responsible for EDI within their project teams
