We're looking for someonewho has strong communication skills, is able to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organisation andoperate in a complex environment. You will have experience of facilitating face to face and remote engagement events to evaluateproblems and identify Solutions. You will combine excellent interpersonal skills with an outcome focused approach to deliver your objectives. You will enjoy working in a delivery focused, agile environment and will have a good understanding of the DigitalData and Technology sector.
We're interested in people who have:
● Experience of addressing challenges relating topay and reward

● Experience of external pay bench marking & working with data to inform strategy
● Experience leading and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment, amid ambiguity and changing priorities, ideally within a digital, data and/or technology focused environment
● Demonstrable evidence of thinkingcritically, using analysis and challenging assumptions
● Strong communication skills and someone who can build relationships with stakeholders, including with those at very senior levels
● A brilliant track record of leading, inspiringand managing teams, setting objectives and developing skills and capabilities
