Basildon, Essex (Commutable from Southend-On-Sea, Chelmsford and surrounding Essex County)My Client are an NHS Trust based in Essex and are seeking a HR Business Partner to start ASAP on an initial 2 week sicknesscover (37.5 Hours). This may be extended depending on long term sickness.
The role will be on site at the Basildon University Hospital.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director of Human Resources and operating as an integral member of theDivision(s) senior team, the HR Business Partner is responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management within their areas of responsibility and across the wider workforce function.
The HR Business Partner will also be designated lead on various Group/Trust-wide workforce initiatives and programmes,with responsibility for development and implementation. Knowledge and Experience
* In depth knowledge of the national and local health context
* Some knowledge of organisational development or management or leadership development theory, principlesor programmes
* Proven NHS/Public Sector experience and knowledge
* Quality focussed with an innovative, flexible approach and the ability to solve complex problems.
* Demonstrate the ability to handle technical, complex, sensitive or contentious information and present this to a variety of audiences where significant barriers to acceptance may exist.
* Advanced analyticaland judgement skills which require management of complex facts and problems
* Ability to analyse complex information, developand analyse potential options and provide recommendations on the most appropriate course of action
* The ability to develop and manage initiatives within financial restraints and deliver to headlines
Qualifications
* Educated to Masters level or equivalent
* Evidence of continuing professional development including regular attendance on internal and external study programmes
* Project Management expertise acquired through formal training or equivalent experience
