My Client are an NHS Trust based in Lincoln and are seeking a IT Field Engineer on an initial 3 month contract basis (37.5 Hours) Paying £158 per day (£21.13 per hour) (Inside IR35).Job Summary
As a result of ongoing project work, we are looking for a Technical individual to join our team of project deployment. The individual must provide professional and friendly service while taking ownership of a small team, deploying new Desktops and Laptops across 100+ GP Practices for a period of 2 months.
Adapting to on site changes across Lincolnshire, while taking a flexible approach to meet client expectations.
Key Skills and Knowledge
* Able to prioritise own workload to meetchanging demands whilst maintaining required service levels
* Full driving licence
* Able to analyse data from various sources in order to make an informed decision
* Experience of supporting current Microsoft networking technologies including activedirectory
* Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
Qualifications
* Degree in relevantIT subject or equivalent experience
* Possess an industry recognised customer service qualification
* Foundation certificate in ITIL Service management
* Technical Qualifications such as MCSE, MCP or A+ Certification
Experience
* Be familiarwith ITIL V3 service management principles
* Experience in an IT service desk Environment
* Experience of delivering complexIT support directly to customers
