Description:
Assistant Store Manager - Co. Cork (New Store Opening)
* Assistant Manager required, to manage a new Retail Store, working closely with the Warehouse Manager and reporting to the Operations and Sales Manager
* You will have the opportunity to coach and mentor a team member to achieve sales and performance targets and to really make this your own
* This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager who is looking for a bit more freedom to implement ideas and develop processes to manage an efficient operation

What will you be doing as an Assistant Manager?
* Deliver best customer service to all existing and new customers whilst ensuring every encounter is a memorable one
* Responsible for the delivery of the branch outreach plan which will include, outbound sales calls, visiting customers and organising events in conjunction with the sales team
*Ensure stock levels are monitored effectively and good communication is maintained with the warehouse to ensure smooth serviceto our customers at all times
* Coach and mentor your team member to become more confident with customers and encourage them to share ideas on how to improve ways of working
* Passionate, forward thinkers who obsess about the customers
Ideally, youwill have:
* Trade Counter, Sales or Retail experience at Supervisory level
* Ability to upsell, drive sales and meet monthly & quarterly targets
* Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
* Good Computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
