Are you an ambitious and target-focused Sales Development Manager with the ability to execute ambitious growth plans to grow corporate & charity gift card sales
As BDMyou will proactively and independently identify, shortlist, contact, and secure new Corporate & Charity customers. You willconsistently build new long-term revenue-generating relationships, while also maintaining exceptional service for our established partners. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in lead generation and exceeding sales targets.Business Development Manager
* Grow and develop Gift Card sales through effective lead generation and proactive outbound activity
* Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and business partners
* Proactively seek new B2B opportunities inthe wider Gift Card Market (Rewards & Loyalty Programmes)
* Meet sales targets and be accountable for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting & insights
* Monitor emerging market trends and ensure Gift Cards are positioned to capitalise on opportunities
* Generate sales referrals through internal & external partners and establish pipeline opportunities
Requirements
*Target-driven sales professional who can leverage previous sales experience to grow the Gift Card sales
* Proven achievementsas a Sales Development Manager or similar role
* Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
* Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
* Proficiency with MS Excel (analysing, creating & communicating spreadsheets/charts)
