Retail Assistant for a Store (Ladieswear) - Dublin South (Flexi-hours)
Must be able to work Monday to Friday
The main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provides the customers with excellent quality products and services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* 1 years of experience in a role with in-depth experience in fashion sales is desirable
* Experience in successfully achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
*Numerical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Have a true passion for the fashion industry and as such be creative andinnovative
* A customer-focused individual who can build a quality and loyal customer base
Main duties:
* Merchandising of stock
* Drive sales with excellent customer service
* Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
* Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
* Handling of stock and cash
* Other duties as required
