Store Manager - Mahon, CorkWe are looking for an experienced and talented Retail Manager for a store in Mahon Retail Park. As Store Manager you will haveoverall responsibility for the running of the store with the support of the head office team.
This is an exciting role and your duties will include:
* Driving a sales team to achieve weekly KPI's
* Directly responsible for achieving budget targetsales
* Ensuring excellent customer service is provided by all staff members
* Performance Management
* Training and development of your team
* Continually improve store standards by ensuring the store is merchandised well
* Stock and Cash Control

* Should be capable of working on their own initiative
