We are recruiting for a leading Water Technology Company looking to add a Control and Instrumentation Engineer ( C&I ) to their team
Job Title - Control and Instrumentation Engineer ( C&I )
Area/Location - Stoke-on-Trent
Type of Job -Permanent
Start Date - As Soon As Possible
Salary - £40000
Job Description
* Provide technical support for the provision of outsourcing of the execution phase and to customers when required.
* Modify and update the design of the electrical and control system.
* Update electrical diagrams.
* Instrumentation recommendations and wiring understanding as well as configuration of the transmitters.
* Programming of PLCs and HMIs.
* Commissioning (locally in workshops as FAT and occasionally on site), monitoring and supervision of works.
* Documentation update.
* Diagnose and analyze the malfunctions of the installations and/or equipment.
Requirements
* Educational background : Electrical and Control Engineer
* Language: The candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish (is Mandatory)
* Experience is a plus
* Specific knowledge and experience: required in control panels design and Electrical systems. ePlan is a plus.
* Experience in control and instrumentation packages Simatic Manager, WinCCFlexible, TIA Portal, RSLogix5000 would be a plus
* Industrial Networks: Profibus, Profinet,Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP.
* Educational background : Electrical and Control Engineer
* Language: The candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish (is Mandatory)
