We are recruiting for a leading HIghways Consultant lookingto add a Highways Administration Manager to their team

We are currently looking to recruit a Highways Administration Managerwho will work to stringent deadlines and provide support the highways maintenance team.

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to provide support to our highway maintenance team. The role will involve working with a range of internal staff including highway officers, inspectors, client team and various levels of management. The position requires methodical attention to detail and the successful candidate will be working to stringent deadlines.



What you will be doing:

* Providing regular updates to manager on project/account status
* Looking for and conveying ideas for improving processes.
* Providing administrative or technical support at a senior level.
* Performing as an on-the-job trainer to junior technical or administrative support personnel.* Filling the role of a staff member during staff absences and facilitating production processing in complex situations.
*Generate weekly reports for Quality Inspections and submit to Highway Information Manager
* Generate V-Lookup table spreadsheet for KPI inspection data
* Update and submit monthly KPI scorecard to client within defined contract deadlines
* Request data from appropriate officers and update partnership KPI scorecard (cross-cutting)



What we're looking for:

* Have experience in Microsoft Office experience - particularly Excel
* Some experience of working within local authority, ideally highways
* Have a flexible approach to work
* Have good organisational skills including the ability to multi-task,
* Be able toprioritise work under pressure and complete within deadlines.
* Be able to communicate effectively with everyone in a friendly and courteous manner, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.

*Ability to challenge others to deliver results.
