A leading residential developer is looking to recruit a setting out site engineer for a Cork based role. The client has a number of residential projects spanning across Cork city and County. The ideal candidate will be happy to travel to sites as required on a daily basis. Theywill have experience within setting out. Ideally they will have worked for a large to medium contractor in the past.
This willbe a hands on role that will expose the candidate to residential development from the ground up. It is an excellent opportunityfor someone who wants to grow in that area while keeping a Cork base.
This role is suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Cork based or aiming to relocate
* Full EU Driving License
* Setting out Experience
* Third Level Qualification
* Has worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in the past
* Has worked on residential or commercial builds
* Familiar with construction standards in Ireland
* Happy to work on a residential build in Cork
* Happy to travel to multiple sites across Cork as required
* IT Savvy
* Motivated and diligent
* Excellent spoken and written English
